A beautiful holiday rental apartment built in 2020. The apartment is situated within an alpine chalet containing 7 apartments. Beautifully decorated and furnished this is the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountains. In the warmer months enjoy the terrace and the garden.
The ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, open plan kitchen, living/dining room, WC, terrace, garden, ski locker and underground parking.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The 2nd bedroom has 4 single beds, bunk bed style. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Located very close to the Prodains gondola which links Morzine to Avoriaz, giving access to all the Portes du Soleil ski area. There are free shuttles connecting you to Morzine centre with ease.
In a beautiful peaceful location but close to all amenities and the ski lifts you will enjoy everything the new apartment has to offer.

Jan 22 - Very warm, practical, nicely decorated apartment. No complaints. Very quiet small residence. Ideal for direct access to Avoriaz via the Express cable car. We were particularly well looked after for logistics. In short, thank you for allowing us to have a nice holiday, under the best conditions !

Feb 22 - A lovely apartment for our family of five, close to the lift to Avoriaz and a short stroll to the ski hire shop and local bars. Peaceful location yet easy access to all the ski action in Avoriaz and Morzine. The flat is modern and well equipped and comfortable.

Feb 22 - Have just arrived home after staying in your wonderful apartment and just wanted to say how much we've enjoyed being there. There are so many positives to this holiday.
1. Thanks to you, Rachel & Kristell for fantastic communication throughout my booking.
2. Your apartment is in a fantastic location. Bus stops are right outside to either go up to the Prodains lift or to get in to Morzine. We all loved that you can ski right back to the apartment.
3. Thank you for your recommendation to hire our boards and skis from All Mountain rental. As soon as we arrived we phoned them and they came and delivered our skis and also picked them up on our last day. They provided brilliant service.
4. Having two showers with two teenagers was an absolute godsend along with hot towel rails to dry gloves etc when necessary.
5. We all found the beds so comfortable which I find quite rare in a rental property.
6. As we didn't have a car, we found it much easier to shop in Avoriaz. We picked up stuff just before we did our final run of the day back to the apartment.
7. Even though the area was fairly quiet we had a great time in a local bar playing pool, table football and cards. You can also order takeaway pizzas from there too.
All in all 10/10 and we would definitely like to stay at your apartment again."
Feb 22 - "Fantastic Chalet, very new and modern, really well equipped, and just a short walk up to Prodains lift.
Loved our stay here, really comfy and was definitely worth the little bit extra for the extra space compared to the ultra compact options in Avoriaz for a change!

On a side note - If hiring Ski’s, I’d personally recommend hiring from Avoriaz Sports opposite the top of Prodains lift and storing them in the shop overnight to avoid carrying back down! Makes life much easier walking up to the lift in the morning in normal shoes and not carrying skis! (They let me store my own boots in the shop overnight too - very friendly place). There was a garage in the Chalet to store your own equipment although we never had to use that."

Mar 22 - "Andrew's flat was a great base for our ski trip! It's really clean, well equipped and the underfloor heating made it warm and cosy. the apartment itself is very modern and all amenities are to a really high standard.
The free bus shuttle service than runs between Morzine and the Prodain lift was super handy and allowed us to easily access Morzine for dinner/ food shopping etc.
Kristell was super responsive and helpful during our stay - would strongly consider booking for next year!"

Mar 23 - We had a brilliant stay here for a long weekend in March. Our accommodation fell through last minute so we were very lucky to find such a wonderful airbnb. Close to the bus stop and the gondola, perfectly clean, plenty of space and very communicative, flexible and helpful host. 10/10 recommend staying here for groups looking for nice self catered accommodation with easy access to Avoriaz and Morzine
