Petite Marmotte is a very spacious 34m² studio apartment in the high-end residence Le Refuge du Montagnard in Arc 1950.
There are a two comfortable twin beds, bunk beds, well fitted kitchen with dining table for 4, 2 seats to lounge in, in front of the television and a bathroom with bath. The apartment also has a balcony. There is Wifi, cable TV and a superb view towards Mont Blanc!
Renovated ski lockers, recently redone Spa area with sauna and steam room and a large outdoor jacuzzi. Also free access to an indoor swimming pool.
If you require a cot/highchair please let us know and they can be provided.
There is a parking space in the underground car park (additional cost of 98 euros for the week directly paid to the parking company).
The village of Arc 1950 is a unique concept of pedestrian village with superb facilities and being ski through. It is particularly easy with children as ski lessons with the ESF start from the village and will be a very short walk to reach the meeting point with smaller children. A warm ski and boot locker is provided and you can ski-in ski-out from the adjacent entrance/exit.
In the summer, there are many activities for children including daily events and many sportive activities for adults. There is the usual trekking and mountain bike riding but also archery, tennis, paragliding. The scenery is stunning and the outdoor swimming pools are a delight as a family too.
Arc 1950 has restaurants, a small supermarket and numerous shops. You can also visit the shops of Arc 2000 via the free gondola joining the two.
It is located on the Paradiski area with 420kms of pistes linking Les Arcs to La Plagne.

Feb 24 - The apartment was very well located for our skiing holiday with direct access to the slopes and lifts. The kitchen was well equipped with a hob and microwave as well as a dishwasher. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, it had everything we needed. Perfect for a family of 4 people.

The apartment and location are everything you need for a relaxing ski in ski out holiday. The hot tub, steam, and sauna wellness area was clean and very relaxing after a day's skiing

Dec 22 - We spent our holiday in Dec 2022 in this lovely studio. A small kitchen with everything you need, clean room and bathroom, very beautiful view over the mountains, ski in ski out, beautiful decorated. The owner helped us with our queries. At the reception we had Marie who was absolutely lovely! We definitely recommend this place for a holiday as a couple or small family.
